First Class in every area!! I was referred to Mungenast Acura by a family friend, My nephew and my sister had been relocated to St. Louis because my newphew was awaiting a doubl I was referred to Mungenast Acura by a family friend, My nephew and my sister had been relocated to St. Louis because my newphew was awaiting a double lung transplant. I called the dealership before I drove the 3.5 hrs there to ask about the inventory available for the MDX. I was treated very well over the phone. Upon arrival, the treatment was even better! I was welcomed in, given something to drink, and escorted to an office. They had two cars parked out front for me to look over, but the one I wanted was actually setting on the showroom floor. I told Jacek what I wanted to pay a month and he made it happen! He was very personable yet professional all the way! I was ready for a new car so I tried a dealership closer to where I live. I called that dealership (just like I had Mungenast) and asked about the inventory; told them what I wanted and asked them to call me back. After 5-6 weeks I called them back and the man did not remember talking to me! I told him again what I wanted and to call me when he found it; I'm still waiting for that call! On my way home from vacation I thought to myself that I should call Jacek back and give him the opportunity to sell me another MDX. Within 2 hours, he had what I wanted, had my credit app approved, and my paper work ready - ALL WHILE I WAS RIDING DOWN THE ROAD! Needless to say, I drove to St. Louis, 3.5 hours from my home, and purchased my second MDX from him. Again, I was treated first class all the way! The finance man, Jacek, and the lady that trained me on the new upgrades that were on my new MDX, were all very nice, personable, and professonal! More
