A very rewarding experience I choose Mungenast over Frank Leta because of the personnel I had met . Once purchased , you then deal with the service employees . In my first dealing with service , I was introduced to Ryan Syberg . With his personality and good humor , I found him to handle himself in a most professional manner . So much did he impress me , I prefer to deal with him when having my vehicle serviced ( This does not mean that the other service personnel are un-professional , the ENTIRE dealership is very professional and personable . Just stroll anywhere in the dealership and you feel like they're your family ) I am kept informed of all aspects of the serving , as well of any non-service items . Great products, people and experience!! We currently own 5 Acura products. My kids are hard on them and my wife always drives the newest in the fleet. I do my own oil changes and filters and general maintenance. Kevin in parts always has time to listen and steer me in the right direction. Most of the time the parts are in stock. Brian is the always on top of recalls and lets me know where to invest to keep the longevity. I refer to them all the time. After 2 chev. surburbans and 2 transmissions (no towing) and no support from GM, I'm glad I found the Mungenast acura dealership. My daughter is now in Dallas and enjoys the same type relationship with the dealer there. You can't go wrong. Management is around to resolve any issues. Keep up the good work. More
