I purchased a 2010 Lincoln MKX one week and the next a 2013 Lincoln MKX from Murdock Chevrolet-GMC Logan. I understand that they are cash and carry cars but never in all my experience with vehicles have 2013 Lincoln MKX from Murdock Chevrolet-GMC Logan. I understand that they are cash and carry cars but never in all my experience with vehicles have I felt like I got so screwed over. The 2013 Lincoln had a water pump leak and a spray bottle attached by zip ties to catch the leak. The sunroof does not open, nor the backup camera work. There are so many problems with this vehicle. I attempted to allow the dealership to make things right, but was told in so many words we don’t care that we screwed you over. It’s a cash and carry car. I’m super disappointed in how things were handled by management after I purchased 2 cars in 2 weeks from them. I will not purchase from the Murdock family again after my experience with Murdock Chevrolet Logan. More
