Worst place ever. Terrible service. Bait-and-switch. Dishonest. Worst prices around. Pushy salesmen. I would never go back, it is the worst dealership ever. I bought a Equinox from this dealer and drove it this week from Manhattan, KS to Lexington, SC. I love this car. Great style, lots of good features and drove really well. The entire experience with the dealership was excellent. Kevin walked me thru everything on the car, so did not have a problem on the road figuring out how every- thing worked. Not sure what the mileage was since the mileage is averaged, but even averaging I got 25 on the highway. Sure that it actually was higher than this. Would recommend this car and dealership to anyone. More

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I took my car there to get the 60,000 mile tuneup, changed timing belt, water pump, plugs, ect. cost over $1000. Around 2 weeks later, I had a bolt break my car there to get the 60,000 mile tuneup, changed timing belt, water pump, plugs, ect. cost over $1000. Around 2 weeks later, I had a bolt break near the timing belt, where they said they never worked near this area. They just kept claiming that it was not there fault. I ended up taking my car to another shop, and they analyzed the bolt and said that it looks like whoever messed with the timing belt screwed up. After taking the vehicle to another shop, then they say they will pay half the damage out of the kindness of their heart, I did not want them to do the work I wanted another shop to do the work, I most definitly did not trust them with my car again. I told them I was not going to accept there offer unless someone else would do the work. I told them we were looking at taking legal actions against them for not replacing the whole cost, or allowing someone else to do the work. i am very disappointed in this company, and will never take another vehicle to them, and am telling everyone I know not to go there. More
