Help with new car I purchased my vehicle on 11/9/17. My salesperson was young and not very helpful. I had an issue with my navigation system and no one could help me. One day I went in for service and walked into Michael Lyles office, I asked him if he could help me? He helped me without any problem. He took the time to explain things to me. Before meeting him, I had called the service dept., my former sales person and a few others- He was the ONLY one willing to help me. I believe if you walk into a dealership and purchase a new or used vehicle you should be able to get help when ever you need it, with that said Michael Lyles went above & beyond for me. More

We visited the dealership in the hope that we could find a new, reliable car for our 18 year ol From the moment we met Mike, our experience was great. We visited the dealership in the hope that we could find a new, reliable car for our 18 year old daughter. Not only was Mike super knowledgeable about every aspect of the Hyundai brand, but he made us feel extremely comfortable from the beginning. We never felt any pressure to try and make a deal, and as a matter of fact our whole experience was very easy and seamless. It was because of our treatment here, as opposed to other places that we have been, that we actually decided to purchase a car from Murfreesboro Hyundai. We were able to trade a used car, run financing information, and get into a new car in under a couple hours. (And keep in mind this was all late on a Friday evening.) No one at the entire dealership ever made us feel like we were burdening them by staying late or having them stay longer than expected.As a matter of fact, we have gotten several "follow up calls" just to make sure that we have been pleased-not for any other reason. Not to mention, it was the best price we found. Highly recommend. More

We want to be customers of this place, but they can not seem to get their act together, which is why we do not spend any money possible at this place. We will be sure to tell as many people as we possibly can to stay away from this dealership. Get your act together, Hyundai of murfreesboro. This is so sad. More

All of our questions were answered, they let us take our time picking out exactly what we wanted, and they made this a very pleasant car buying experience. We chose this dealership due to their inventory and prices, but the customer service is what won us over in the end. Terry, Steve, and every other employee we came in contact with were incredibly friendly. We feel really good about our purchase, and will definitely recommend these guys to our friends and family!
