They Sell Junk I bought a car in good faith that it was a viable vehicle and that AS IS meant minor blemishes not major flaws, as any reasonable person would interpr I bought a car in good faith that it was a viable vehicle and that AS IS meant minor blemishes not major flaws, as any reasonable person would interpret. I specifically asked what the flaws were and was not told about a bad transmission, leaking water pump, leaking engine or most of the other deficiencies. They claimed the car passed their own safety checks, but vehicle did NOT pass a Maryland safety inspection. They failed to notice the slipping, banging, transmission or the puddles of oil and antifreeze pooling under the car when they were going over it. Sales people were no help, and the owner, Ryan Duncan agreed verbally to exchange the car, but has ignored further communication. I believe now, he intends to do nothing to preserve any ethics or decency connected to this business. More
