The GM seems like a nice guy but at the end of the day I feel as if he showing to be grimy as well! Tried to do the right thing and go through them but they not only SCREWED ME 1 time but 2x and I didn’t get my trade in in the end and I had over 100 something hits on my CREDIT! Mmmm yeah well idk but I do not think nor recommend anyone to go here! And if you have problems they won’t respond to you! Nor act as if you have called or sent emails! More
This team is great! I had a random car issue right around their building and pulled in for help. They took great care of us and made sure the problem was fixed before we got back on the road. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have bought 2 cars from this dealership and first let me say that I had no issues with the sales folks, it's the service folks who are a joke. My daughter's car, a 202 from this dealership and first let me say that I had no issues with the sales folks, it's the service folks who are a joke. My daughter's car, a 2020 Elantra, is supposed to get free oil changes as part of the sale. Well, good luck with that! You can never get the service department to answer the phone or if they do answer the phone, they claim they don't have an available appointment for MONTHS! My daughter actually took off from work today and drove the 50 miles there to get the oil in her car changed, hoping they could work her in. She arrived at 9:30. The service department told her they MIGHT be able to get her in at 4:00 - maybe. What a joke. So she had to drive to Express Lube to get her oil changed - $63.79 later for a service that was supposed to be free. SHAME ON YOU MURFREESBORO HYUNDAI! More

Antwon in parts department really dropped the ball. First time I checked on the part it was never ordered from him, the next week it was pushed back a different date, called when the date came and someone el time I checked on the part it was never ordered from him, the next week it was pushed back a different date, called when the date came and someone else told me it was never ordered then I checked again a few days later and it turned out it was ordered a couple days ago.
