Amazing Experience! I have dealt with nearly every luxury car dealership known over the years, from BMW to Infiniti. While luxury dealers are known for outstanding custom I have dealt with nearly every luxury car dealership known over the years, from BMW to Infiniti. While luxury dealers are known for outstanding customer service, none come close to the experience I had with Murfreesboro Hyundai VW. I came in from out of town but was made to feel like I was an old repeat customer even though I had never set foot in the dealership until a few days ago. I never felt uncomfortable or like I was not being treated fairly. Please give these folks a try. I am not easy to deal with, but you sure could not tell it by the effort and attitude I was presented from the first call to the drive away with my new, used car. More

Worth It!! I visited Hyundai of Murfreesboro after going to several other local dealerships in the area! Complaints: the vehicle was not cleaned very well as I was told it would be, employees were just "hanging out" while I waited for 2 hours on a deal that had pretty much already been made. There was no sense of urgency to get me out of there. Also, the guy that did my final paperwork was very dry and not very friendly. I would recommend you go see Sim as he is very genuine and at the end of the day I am happy with my purchase. More

bad service I recently bought a truck that was supposed to been serviced, checked, etc and now, I am having nothing but problems.
