They never corrected the phone number mistake, they kept forgetting to get information from us, and they almost transferred the tags from the wrong vehicle to the new one. Also, after we were done, Mitchell repeatedly told me over and over to give them ""yes's and 10's"" on this survey. He even emailed me reminding me again to give them good marks on this survey. It was very unprofessional and annoying. I got the car I wanted because I did the research ahead of time and just needed to test drive it and buy it. Though I am still a loyal hyundai customer, I will never go back there." More
