Amy and Travis both worked very hard to get me a great deal. I new what I could afford and the terms I needed and they worked with me until I was happy. He toured me through the service department, introduced me to the service techs, and showed me what to do when and if I need to bring it in for service. Then, I drove home in my new car. He brought my old car home to me later and helped me figure out the garage door opener. I love the 10 year 100,000 mile warranty and the anti-theft system! More
John was by far the most honest and friendly person I met during my recent car shopping experience. Though there may have been cars that were better priced elsewhere, I decided I did not want to do business during my recent car shopping experience. Though there may have been cars that were better priced elsewhere, I decided I did not want to do business with anyone but John. He truly went out of his way to help me with anything he could. If you found a problem with a vehicle, he would not try to play it off as insignificant - as almost all dealers do. John would acknowledge the problem and have it fixed properly and quickly. My only regret is that John may not be there when I go back to purchase another vehicle in a few years - I feel his level of knowledge and help will be difficult to find again. Again, I do not hesitate at all to recommend him. I promise you will not be disappointed. More

Went into the Hyundai of Murfreesboro TN, in June of 2013 and was met by Amy Hale, She ask me what I was interested in and at the time I was not sure, so I looked at the VW's and the Hyundai Sonata and Elant and was met by Amy Hale, She ask me what I was interested in and at the time I was not sure, so I looked at the VW's and the Hyundai Sonata and Elantra. I decided the Elantra was a bit to small and then I drove the Sonata and was very pleased. I started asking questions about the Sonata and Amy answered every question with much knowledge. I discussed with Amy what I could do and she met every concern about financing I had. They didn't have the color I wanted and that's when Amy went to work to get me what I wanted an by the end of the week I got my car exactly as I wanted. It was a great pleasure working with Amy and I have recommended her to all people wanting a pleasant car buying experience, and as a matter of fact my niece took me up on it and purchased a Sonata also. So Thank you Amy for all your help. More

After a long time searching and looking for that "perfect" new car, I found my way to Southeast Signature. From the moment I walked onto the lot, I was made welcome by the salesman, Nathan Hill, wh "perfect" new car, I found my way to Southeast Signature. From the moment I walked onto the lot, I was made welcome by the salesman, Nathan Hill, whose friendly and non-demanding manner put me immediately at ease. There was no pressure, no "I'm not taking no for an answer" sales-pitch or anything of the sort. Came back with my husband for a second test drive, and was actually encouraged to spend some time in the car driving it and discussing it among ourselves without someone peering over our shoulder. Once down to the nitty-gritty, Sales Manager Dan Opthof was patient with my wheeler-dealer husband and carefully explained the costs, invoice, and incentives available and explaining them in a way that made us comfortable---it felt HONEST. Even the Finance guy, Howard Litvack was great...cheerful and down to earth, none of that stuffy sign-here/sign-there/oops we gotta add this or that cost stuff. Straightforward, start to finish. We never felt hurried or rushed, despite the fact that the dealership was past closing at the time. I drove off in my brand new car, leaving my husband there to chat "car stuff" even longer. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone...in the past I have had some very bad experiences with car buying, and this was the first time I have ever walked into a place with staff that made me feel welcome, comfortable, and it was about me and what I needed rather than to simply "make a sale." Thanks, guys, for making my 2013 Elantra a reality! More
