Went in for service on my 2011 Sonata, and ended up looking at a new Tuscon. Chad let me look at the ones on the lot and explained all the features. The whole dealership is shady. Apparently the dealership is a revolving door of salespeople. We looked at a jetta tdi but it was too small for what we need.. Looked at the passat with no intention to buy because of its cost. Salesperson originally was overly optimistic about what my car was worth. Then over negotiating on the phone they gave me numbers down to 26,000 on the passat tdi. A great price that I was surprised with because I knew vw really didn't negotiate on the tdi. I came back in to sign the deal and was informed that the car they were delivering for me was a premium at 33000. Then e salesman introduced me to the sales manager. After looking at his screen I saw that they had the price back at 29,500. I walked out then, having wasted most of my day. I drove to another dealership 30 miles away the next day and will probably buy from them. I wouldn't trust signature for an oil change. More

My wife and I despise car dealerships but found Signature with Van Hayes and Howard Litvack (yes even the finance man!) 100% refreshing. It was worth the short drive to close the deal and pickup our new Jetta. This was a no pressure, no guilt, no regrets transaction from start to finish (90% of this transaction occurred via email and on the phone with only a few minutes at the dealership -- they highly respected our time). Van is doing his best to build a reputation based on customer service first. He is very knowledgeable about the world class products that he sells including the available options and sensible configurations to fit your goals.
