I have been a customer of Murfreesboro Nissan's service department since 2008 and recently had an experience that reminded me why I continue to return. After a concern was discovered with my vehicle, I contacted Service Manager Justin Humphrey. Justin took my call seriously from the start, listened to my concerns without any pushback, and treated me with courtesy, respect, and professionalism throughout the process. The next morning, Parts and Service Director Austin Betty and Service Director Brill Burnett personally met with me and an independent repair facility to inspect the vehicle and review the findings. They took the time to gather the facts, document the situation, and explain the next steps. Austin and Brill demonstrated a level of customer service and accountability that is becoming increasingly rare. Throughout the repair process, Service Advisor Belinda Dunavant kept me informed with timely updates and was professional, courteous, and helpful every step of the way. She had also been excellent during my previous visit and continued to provide outstanding customer service. I also want to recognize Master Technician Richard Sowle for thoroughly documenting his findings, explaining the repair that was performed, and verifying the successful results. The level of detail and transparency provided gave me confidence that the vehicle was being properly cared for. What impressed me most was the way the entire team worked together to resolve the situation. From Justin's initial response, to Austin and Brill's leadership, to Belinda's communication, and Richard's technical expertise, everyone treated me fairly and professionally. The repair was completed successfully, the vehicle is performing perfectly, and the dealership's shuttle service made the process even more convenient. When evaluating a service department, I believe the true test is not whether a problem ever occurs, but how the organization responds when one does. Murfreesboro Nissan demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. I appreciate the way they handled my situation and look forward to continuing to have my vehicle serviced there. More
I just purchased my second Rogue through Murfreesboro Nissan. Curtis was fantastic both times. He’s very thorough and very kind.
