I told him I had cash money, no f On Tuesday February 26, 2019 I called the dealership and spoke to a salesman about purchasing a brand new NV200 van. I told him I had cash money, no financing and that I would be in the next day to pick it up. I called ahead the next day and asked to please have everything ready to go as I had to get back to my business asap. I arrived at 3 PM. The van was dirty and nothing was ready. I sat for 3 hours. Nobody even offered me a cup of coffee. A CASH SALE! I finally had a friend come and pick me up. Their excuse was that they had 20 sales that day and they were short a finance person. Why did I need a finance person? I had cash! I was also lied to about the factory warranty. You let somebody with cash sit at a stupid for 3 hours and ignore them??? BAD BUSINESS! More
Poor Customer Service I have been a customer of this particular dealership for a long time. We have purchase 6 new vehicles from them and I have always loved the service d I have been a customer of this particular dealership for a long time. We have purchase 6 new vehicles from them and I have always loved the service department's customer service. It has changed a few times in the past, but for the better. I have had two bad experiences recently that have made me realize the new owners don't have the same consistency and care for their customers. They have taken away services that made it feel personal and honestly dropped the ball when it comes to the service department. (my car has just hit the two year mark so I have not dealt with the sales department yet to know how they are doing) Unfortunately we have decided to go an additional 20 miles out of the way to another dealership that still feels customer service is important. More

Didn’t make us feel any pressure what so ever. My daughter bought a 2018 Kick & loves it. If your looking at buying a car i highly recommend going to Nissan in Murfreesboro ask for Kelton Brown or Daniel Fun. Nelly Karapetyan is the Finance Manager I’ll just say couldn’t have gotten a better person to go over the $$ part. She was the sweetest & took her time w/ it all. Thank you all for being so kind to us. More

Got brushed off I called in looking to get a deal working on a brand new Nissan Frontier with a sales rep. I told the rep I had my choices narrowed down to a new fron I called in looking to get a deal working on a brand new Nissan Frontier with a sales rep. I told the rep I had my choices narrowed down to a new frontier or a used F-150. I have found the exact F-150 I want and Murfreesboro Nissan has the exact Frontier I want. I made this known at the beginning of our conversation. And instead of discussing the vehicle I had picked out at Nissan, this rep kept trying to talk me off of the F-150 I had already picked out. After firmly telling him three times I was not interested in their F-150s and wanted to discuss a new Nissan Frontier, the point finally got across. After telling him which exact car that I wanted (that he has in stock) he prompted me to fill out a trade appraisal online. He said once he received that, he would call me back with rough figures so I can make my final decision. As promised I filled out my appraisal no more than 5 minutes after our phone call. Then I waited.... and waited.... two hours had passed and I decided to follow up with the dealership. My salesman had left and my trade magically never went through (even though I have direct confirmation of my trade appraisal via email directly from the dealership). This is my second time trying to do business at Murfreesboro Nissan and this is the second time I’ll be walking away with a vehicle that isn’t theirs. Salesman seemed didn’t want to listen to my needs or follow up. Seemed to interested in trying to get me to buy used... More

Will not stand behind work Had my Titan serviced at this dealership. Few months later fuel filter fails pouring diesel everywhere. I had to have it towed to local dealership to Had my Titan serviced at this dealership. Few months later fuel filter fails pouring diesel everywhere. I had to have it towed to local dealership to find out what the problem was. Come to find out the technician didn’t install filter correctly causing it to blow. Note that when this happens it is not covered by warranty. Dealership is supposed to fix there mistakes. After multiple calls and talking to the service department manager. It is not there problem. They will not pay to fix there mistake even with matching serial number on the filter matching the service record on the Nissan database. One of there technicians has cost me around 450.00 out of my own pocket and they refused to make it right. More
