We ended up getting a Certified used Rogue, which was a year newer with way less miles, for not much more money. Our salesman, Blake, was great and very easy to work with; he was never pushy at any time during the process. Everything was very smooth from beginning to end. We realized the next morning that one of the floor mats was missing; possibly left out while it was being detailed. Anyway, Blake got us one with no problem. Overall I gave it 4 stars. That's because we had to fill up the gas from empty right after purchasing it. In his defense, Blake DID OFFER to go to the gas station and pay for it himself. I told him that wasn't necessary, but I think the dealership (not sales person) should fill your tank when you buy a car. Anyway, we were still very happy and would recommend the dealership and Blake. More

From the minute we steppe My husband and I today purchased a 2017 Murano from Nissan of Murfreesboro and worked with dealer-extradonaire, Paul Boyer. From the minute we stepped onto the lot until the final deal Paul was there to help us through the process. My husband is retired from Nissan and knows a little about the cars so he is no easy sell. Paul answered every question about the car, service, maintenance and financing. We basically walked in and said, "we have this much to put down, want our payments to be this much and want a Murano, make it work!" Make it work he did. We could not be happier or more satisifed. We walked away knowing that Paul is just a phone call or text away should we need him, that being said, we rarely have needed anything when driving a Nissan. Thank you Paul. You make the buying experience fun and I never thought we would say that about negotating a deal for a new car. You have a customer for life! More
