Exceeded my expectations! I've always taken my car to the dealership for service. As a result, my Nissan vehicles have lasted forever. But this time they were over the top. They always do super service with a very comfortable waiting atmosphere, but when I left yesterday I was overwhelmed. Thank you Josh Templeton and Josh England! Worst experience I've ever had. I flew to Nashville to buy a vehicle from this dealership. I was picked up at the airport by a salesman who was driving my new truck and he had his ch I flew to Nashville to buy a vehicle from this dealership. I was picked up at the airport by a salesman who was driving my new truck and he had his chewing tobacco spit cup in the center console and his coffee cup trash also scattered about. This set the tone for what was to come. The vehicle wasn't cleaned, wasn't serviced prepped, trash was balled up under the seat, there were a couple of scratches in the paint, tire pressure off the gauge, etc. To top this off the sales person that I had initially dealt with was a totally unprofessional xxxxxxx. I regret going through with the purchase. I was xxxxx on the price, and the experience was as bad as it gets. They didn't even wash the car and wipe the foot prints off of the interior plastic. This place is BAD! More
