We took a white ford work truck in on a Friday with appointment midday. We were aware that the same day review on a Friday was sort of pushing so we were waiting to hear back on the truck status on Mon appointment midday. We did not, and after that every day we would get the same response from April that they were working on it and were a little behind. It was not until after a week that we got Julio the service manager involved and he was finally able to provide details an we saw an actual diagnosis thanks to him and Frank. Overall Julio and Frank made the experience better thank you and they are truly amazing More

I received a text from a Brandon that my car had a recall. It was offered that a mobile service car could come to my home and would take an hour. The appointment confirmation switched to me bringing in my car. I called about the discrepancy and was told you don’t have that service and Brandon had not been working for 5 months. I brought the car in for my 10 am appointment. I was told it would be about an hour/ hour and a half no more than two. I was at the dealership for 5 hours!!! I texted for an update and did not receive an answer. At hour 3 - I approached April for an update. She said that “well sometimes things take longer” I understand that work can exceed its estimate but the lack of communication or updates of delays is not being conscious of my time and unprofessional. This is overall poor customer service and a reflection of its new ownership. More
