Disappointing service visit to say the least! I scheduled an oil change appointment based upon a (promotional??) text message received. But after service was complete, the charges were almost double the message offer. Granted, that issue was resolved, but come-on...y'all need to get it together and keep records straight! Service check-in was quite convoluted (although service advisor was great), since she had to take multiple photos of the vehicle...which doesn't offer much confidence regarding vehicle care while in the dealership's possession!!! And as with many higher-end vehicles, my MKC has nitrogen-filled tires. However, Murgado Ford/Lincoln does not offer nitrogen support, so a tire pressure check (normally part of an oil change visit) could not be done...hardly a "full service" Ford/Lincoln dealership!!I So I will rely on Cassidy Tire & Service for anything tire-related. And will probably use them next time for an oil change...given their full support of nitrogen-filled tires. A complimentary car wash after service seems to be no longer automatically done or even offered. And of course I received the expected "Our Technician has suggested the following services which should be considered.." (none of which are actually needed but just an attempt to extract wasted expense from customers. Duh! It seems Murgado ownership has turned this dealership into just another corporate organization where greed is the primary objective rather than legitimate customer care and service. I would most strongly recommend another Ford/Lincoln dealership with which to have any service work done, More
