I have been very loyal to this dealership and have a Lincoln Aviator and GT Mustang. The past great service I’ve received is important to me in the purchase of my autos. I had to be a jerk which I don’t like. 5 pm is way too early a cut off for customers to pick up their auto after service. I learned at 3:30 my auto was ready. I had to cancel meetings at work and kill myself getting to the dealership by 5pm. While I got to the dealership I learned Nick got word of my situation and he made arrangements to leave my car on the Ford side ( but that was odd because service made or clear 5 pm was the cut off on the Ford side as well ) 6pm is a reasonable and fair time as a cut off. I was also told I couldn’t drop my auto off at 7am and leave it all day. I pushed back because I’ve done this many times before. They ( service ) wouldn’t budge. When I dropped off my Aviator, my name and history was not in your computer. The process of leaving my auto was problematic and in the past its been fast and efficient. I’ve never serviced my 2022 Aviator anywhere except your service department. I’m told it was a computer issue And will be resolved. I hope so. And finally, it is impossible, when calling the dealership, to connect with the Lincoln service team. That is a problem for me, especially when the service scheduling people are so difficult and unhelpful. My Aviator has 147k miles and at some point soon I will be shopping for a new auto. If I’m forced to schedule and talk to the service scheduling team I will not purchase a Lincoln. I live in the loop so I will need to find a service dept nearby. More

I had to go back and forth a few times to schedule both a regular service and recall service. I wanted a loaner because I didn't want to deal with waiting ora shuttle.
