I brought my Explorer in for an electrical issue and it was fixed the same day. However, the problem resurfaced 2 days later. I had to bring my vehicle back and was told that the visor was at fault for the was fixed the same day. However, the problem resurfaced 2 days later. I had to bring my vehicle back and was told that the visor was at fault for the electrical issue. I asked whether the original diagnosis (faulty wiring harness) was accurate and felt like I got the run around. I didn’t want to spend another $800 on a new visor so now I have a faulty visor. And not really sure if the wiring harness needed to be replaced in the first place… More

I was having some issues with the electronics in my car, so I came in to get that inspected. They tested the battery and determined it needed to be replaced, so that was done. I’m disappointed that the rest so I came in to get that inspected. They tested the battery and determined it needed to be replaced, so that was done. I’m disappointed that the rest of the inspection wasn’t completed, as I’m not confident everything has been totally fixed. They did get me in at 4pm on a weeknight, which I appreciate. But it seems like everyone was in a hurry to leave so they didn’t give me the full service I would have received otherwise. More
