I think that the way you treat your customers is a representation of the company. If I bring my vehicle to get fixed, and your mechanic diagnose and claim to fix the issue, just for the issue to occur representation of the company. Then to offer to cover labor and parts to fix the issue, but still charge the customer, again unacceptable. More
I brought my car in to get the Front and suspension and a bearing replaced. Unfortunately, it wasn’t fixed properly because of a defective strut, but manager. Vanessa was amazing. She made sure the car was r bearing replaced. Unfortunately, it wasn’t fixed properly because of a defective strut, but manager. Vanessa was amazing. She made sure the car was repaired correctly and went above and beyond to assist me. Overall, I’m satisfied and I will be returning as a customer. Thank you again Ford. More

Every day when I asked, he just said, “Come tomorrow.” He was extremely lazy, and they didn’t even start fixing the car until the last day when I confronted them. The problem was only with the AC, yet it took this long. I’m very disappointed. More

Picking up car / settling up is always a little problematic on the Ford side. I always go to the wrong place and get sent somewhere else. This time I went to where they sent me in the past but tha problematic on the Ford side. I always go to the wrong place and get sent somewhere else. This time I went to where they sent me in the past but that wasn't right this time so I wait while a disinterested person looks up my name/car to point me in the right direction. The Lincoln side is easier (except you can't pick up your car after 4pm so you have to leave work early or wait until the next day.) More
