Very rude interaction with Michael today when I tried to get my fleet vehicle worked on. I made the mistake of scheduling my appointment online rather than calling him directly (although he texted me that m get my fleet vehicle worked on. If you have a ford fleet vehicle, I recommend taking it somewhere else. Somewhere were the customer service is in practice rather than just an idea. More
