The mechanics at the dealer do a great job and any issue I’ve had, has always been taken care off. The only issue I have is with the folks that receive you at the service desk. I’m not sure why, but in my experience the intake people at the service center always seem to be on the offense. For some reason that is unknown to me, they seem eager to preemptively dismiss concerns and always seem shocked that you are there, even when you have a scheduled appointment. Fortunately, the mechanics have always managed to solve my problems fairly quickly and I’ve been happy. I just wish the front service desk staff did a better job of greeting customers and listening. A smile wouldn’t hurt and a little hospitality would go a long way. More
