Very clean friendly people. The only issue I had. I noticed that when cars pulled up they placed a plastic cover over the seat and steering wheels. But. They didn’t for some reason do this to my car noticed that when cars pulled up they placed a plastic cover over the seat and steering wheels. But. They didn’t for some reason do this to my car. Sure enough there was grease on the seat. I was able to clean it off. Next timeI will ask them to cover my seat and steering wheel. More
This review is solely based on the estimate for work proposed. By law (815 ILCS 306/15 - Sec. 15) dealerships need to provide disclosures to consumers; an estimate in this case was provided. However, on proposed. By law (815 ILCS 306/15 - Sec. 15) dealerships need to provide disclosures to consumers; an estimate in this case was provided. However, on my estimate there was no actual breakdown of labor costs from product parts and when asked the labor amount exceeded the actual parts. Now I get that dealerships may use a combination of industry standard flat rate (time) manuals, actual time, or condition of the vehicle to determine labor costs. Yet, that was not depicted on my estimate to help me understand why labor was more expensive than the actual parts nor was it readily available in the area that I was being provided this information (my estimate). I did not see any sign posted that could easily be viewed by me stating what they were using to determine labor costs. Obtaining a second opinion they ran a report to show costs and labor pulled from industry standard flat rate (time) manuals showing that the service I needed would take 0.8 so not even a full hour. Yet, I was advised that my service would take and I quote, “it should take about 2 hours, but depending on who is working on it could be less like an hour and half”. This dealership is clearly in violation of a few issues within the Automotive Repair Act when it comes to estimates and I want to raise this to future patrons to be aware. I will also be filling a BBB compliant. More
Great, fast service. Alonzo was very helpful. Thanks. I was served at my appointed time and my car was finished long before they originally promised. was served at my appointed time and my car was finished long before they originally promised. More
