Excellent Service Center It used to be that the *last* place you wanted to take your car for service was the dealership for a variety of reasons. That situation has completely changed and now it's the *only* place I want to take my 2009 Ford Escape: - I'm able to get an appointment that's convenient without much of a wait and I can book online if it's after hours. - Johnny, who has been the service manager on more than one of my visits, is fantastic. He is communicative, friendly, efficient, and "just the facts" about the service required. When I have questions, he has answers...and I understand them! - I often wait for my car at the dealership, where I am completely comfortable with wireless, plenty of seating, unlimited coffee and cookies. (If I thought I could get away with it, I might work there on days that I don't even need service....) - I feel confident in the assessment, estimate, and work that is done at Fox Ford and believe that they are honest and transparent about what is required. More
