The Fox Ford Dealership in Traverse City coordinated with the Fox Ford Dealership in Chicago to take care of my issue as quickly as possible over the St. Patrick's Day Weekend when I became stranded in Chicago. Great Customer Service I took my vehicle to the Quick Lane on a Saturday. My service advisor was Anibal Arroyo. I explained that 2 Tail lights were out, check engine light w I took my vehicle to the Quick Lane on a Saturday. My service advisor was Anibal Arroyo. I explained that 2 Tail lights were out, check engine light was displayed on the dashboard & a oil change was over due. Eric who drove the courtesy vehicle was able to give me a ride back to work. A Part for the one taillight was ordered & a diagnostic was completed. Everything was repaired and completed. The vehicle was back on the "road again"! While picking up the Vehicle I toured the show room. Wade Sims, (Sales Product Specialist) was very helpful. He called Ford Finance Dept. and received the payoff amount, My 2016 Ford Transit Connect was appraised, showed me a few new 2019 Ford Transit Connects in the cold & rain. Weather impaired the upgrade of the sale today, but will be back in soon. Thank you, I also enjoyed the Hot Chocolate! SMILE! Brent More
