I purchased an Escape with warranty I didn’t understand why it wasn’t showing up under my name. I even checked FordPass(nothing). So I reach my ford papers after I got home. I did have warranty but IAS WARRANTY was outside of Ford. So I re-enter my FordPass and my ford 5 year warranty appeared. But the ISA warranty didn’t appear under my name onFordPass. Anibol was polite and courteous. He search what he could. More
