The estimation process (and what is estimated is different than the billing. The estimate shows some attributes, the bill breaks it down differently, and reconciling the two is almost impossible. The issue of course is when the two don't match by a significant amount. So my suggestion is to make the bill and the estimate look the same in terms of how the total is calculated. More
