Satisfied I called Fox Ford for a service appointment, which I did get. However, I was told that my 2016 Ford Fusion was still under an Extended Warranty, but I called Fox Ford for a service appointment, which I did get. However, I was told that my 2016 Ford Fusion was still under an Extended Warranty, but after my car was diagnosed I was told that my Extended Warranty was no longer valid. Therefore, I had to pay for the diagnostic service and unfornately I did not have any funds available to do so. This experince was truly embarrassing, but my service tech Johnny worked the issue out for me and then reached out to me to see if all was well. After his great customer service, I most definethly will return for the work on my car. Thanks to Johnny. More
