When I couldn’t wait for my car, they sent me home in a Lyft, and sent another when my car was ready. I love Ford because they are so inexpensive to maintain. Fox service has always been transparent and fair, even though I’m not a car person. Yesterday, the scheduled service called for flushing the transmission, but Essex said the technician reported that it was not needed, so they saved me the money. I have a lot of confidence in their fairness and professionalism. More
