Airbag replacement I had become concerned with continuing to drive my Ford Edge with the airbag replacement still pending. The last letter I received in June of this yea I had become concerned with continuing to drive my Ford Edge with the airbag replacement still pending. The last letter I received in June of this year stated the parts would be available in the second or third quarter, and, as it was now the fourth quarter, I decided to avail myself of the rental car reimbursement. When I called to set up the particulars of the rental, I was surprised to find out the parts were available. Surprising because the dealer was supposed to call me when they were available. We were informed that we could not order the parts over the phone and had to bring the vehicle in. We brought our car in the next day. Upon getting there we were informed the parts were available and they could do the work that day. They shuttled us home and picked us up just a few hours later. Overall the service was smooth and efficient. More

Very Quick Service! I dropped my car off for an oil change and walked up to Target to pick a frw things up. As I was walking into Target I got a call saying dud I know m I dropped my car off for an oil change and walked up to Target to pick a frw things up.
