Basic oil change took 2 hours longer than I was quoted upon dropping off the car. There was no communication regarding the extended service time or the status of my car. I agreed to replace to rear windshield wiper based on the guys recommendation (despite not experiencing any issues with the rear wiper prior to dropping off my car). He then called to tell me that you didn’t have my rear wiper model in stock; he did not provide any next steps or recommendations on how I could get a new wiper. When I got my car back, the rear wiper was visually in worst shape than I dropped it off in with pieces hanging off. More

Lack of communication, they can’t fix anything correctly, I dropped off my truck for 3 days just for them to say yeah your truck is making a noise but we want it to be louder, so they just waste your time, f I dropped off my truck for 3 days just for them to say yeah your truck is making a noise but we want it to be louder, so they just waste your time, for some reason they truck also takes 3-4 hour lunches I had to keep calling to get and update and they told me “oh our tech is out for lunch he’ll be back in 2-3 hours I call back in 2 hours and they tell me the same thing again, keep In mind I have to call them for any sort of update, you can’t have the truck there for days and not update me on what’s going on, never going back they can’t fix anything but they will do a quick recall to make easy money More
