I had a very positive experience with your rep Ryan White. My Low Tire Pressure notice was going off every 10-15 days. I had refilled them at least 3 times before calling your service department. The young lady I delt with informed me there was openings if I could get there in under 30 minutes, which worked for me. Ryan checked me in, said they would check ot out, and told me where to wait. When he returned, he told what the problem was and it could be corrected in about 30 minutes. I approved and he preformed to my satisfaction. Thank you for your service to everyone who assisted me. Will do everything they can do to get you to pay for services you do not need. Yesterday they said the battery test failed, so they wanted to charge me $400 for a new battery. I don’t like how they charge $6 more than Lincoln services. I have a 2015 Lincoln and when I went for an oil change Lincoln was closing soon and sent me next door to ford.
