i had a wonderful experience when i brought my car in for the checkup. it's an electric car so i had no reason to bring it in before. everything went quickly and well. i worked with julie who was absolutely the checkup. it's an electric car so i had no reason to bring it in before. everything went quickly and well. i worked with julie who was absolutely the best!! when i left, i realized that my apple carplay was no longer working. since i work with tech, i knew how to correct this...or so i thought. after spending an hour, i called and...amazingly....got in touch with julie and brought my car back. she sat with me and went though all of the steps i had gone through and confirmed the problem. nobody knows what they did to create the problem but we jnow it wasn't a coincidence i then left the car there and picked it up a few hours later (after being asked if they could keep it over the weekend!!!) and it was fixed after doing a "master reset"which certainly didn't take three days! still everyone could not have been nicer about this. Julie was great and i am happy to have received this request for feedback mainly to compliment her. thanks. More
