The price jumped by 100% from last year. I have receipts to show this.. I was also told I would get a car wash and didn’t because the car wash was closed. I brought in a coupon that was mailed to me from your dealership and was told that they had to check with the manager to see whether they would honor it. Then I was told it wouldn’t have been honored if I clipped it out. Once they said they would honor it, that service person couldn’t find scissors and asked me to rip it out. None of this makes sense. The service was performed and I was happy with it, but it seems like they are playing pricing games with the new ownership. More

My thing is. They should explain this to the customer before they pick up the car or when they pick up the car so that we are not left wondering why the other one was not done. I am really not satisfied with the service at that dealership at all this generation just really needs to know how to communicate. Customer service is key and anything that you do, and if you don't have customer service, you may as well have xxxx. More
