It’s an ok dealership and I am not overly impressed. I got 4 new tires and was not told about 42. The fact that I was charged almost $600 to check my sunroof on top of the price to actually fix the problem is outrageous. I will not be coming back. Basic oil change took 2 hours longer than I was quoted upon dropping off the car. There was no communication regarding the extended service time or the status of my car. When I finally received an update, I had to ask 3 times for the guy to summarize the recommended service actions and costs. I agreed to replace to rear windshield wiper based on the guys recommendation (despite not experiencing any issues with the rear wiper prior to dropping off my car). He then called to tell me that you didn’t have my rear wiper model in stock; he did not provide any next steps or recommendations on how I could get a new wiper. When I got my car back, the rear wiper was visually in worst shape than I dropped it off in with pieces hanging off. More
