When the mechanic told Kaleb he would finish the job on a Friday and I could pick it up Saturday. The mechanic didn’t do the work and I had to wait till the following Monday evening. More

I felt like there was no effort to check what was wrong with my vehicle. The technicians statement that my loose seat is a “regular expected noise” seems unacceptable.
