I brought my car on for what should have only taken two days I had to leave it for close to a week with no loaner car. When the mechanic told Kaleb he would finish the job on a Friday and I could pick it up Saturday. The mechanic didn’t do the work and I had to wait till the following Monday evening. More

I felt like there was no effort to check what was wrong with my vehicle. The technicians statement that my loose seat is a “regular expected noise” seems unacceptable. It makes it sound as if I just should with my vehicle. The technicians statement that my loose seat is a “regular expected noise” seems unacceptable. It makes it sound as if I just should just accept instead of expecting a resolution. The fact that I paid extra for coverage/warranty so these type of issues would be resolved is frustrating.
