Service rep was great. They need to improve on communication. They had to keep my car 1 extra day waiting for a part. My service rep was Out sick that next day. They fixed my car and no one notified me it was finished. I tried calling Friday and Saturday to ask if it was done. No answer. Voicemail for all departments were full. I texted messages. No answer. Finally on Monday I got through. My rep told me he had been out sick and thought I had picked up the car Friday. Very frustrated I had to give up weekend plans due to no car. Like I said good rep, good service very poor communications and team follow through. More
