From our first contact, Don was friendly and more importantly, attentive to my thoughts and concerns. I never felt I was being "steered" toward a particular vehicle, rather Don on listening to what importantly, attentive to my thoughts and concerns. Don also unfailingly exhibited a complete knowledge not only of the vehicles and their features, but also the other subject matter of my inquiries such as extended warranty coverage, pinstriping and that involved in possibly adding a moon roof to the vehicle I was considering purchasing. Despite my many questions and most probably their basic nature, Don patiently answered all questions offering various explanations until I was satisfied and understanding of the answers. After my purchase, Don routinely followed up to assure that I was satisfied with my vehicle purchase and provided me with understandable and useable information about the car's operation like the in sync feature as I any such questions arose from my actual use of the vehicle. As needed, Don timely arranged for certain service visits for things such as the "idiot's" demonstration to working all the in sync features. Although well over a year has passed since my purchase, Don still regularly contacts me offering to help address those concerns, if any, I may have about the car. While my concerns about the vehicle have been minimal, I am most comfortable that should I have any problems on my contacting him, Don will timely respond and assist in everyone reasonable way to address my issue. More

I went to Murphy Ford on Monday night not with the intention of buying a car but being told it wasn't going to be affordable at this tome.
