While traveling an issue with my F350 resulted in seeking repairs with Murray Ford. The service writer, Jade was instumental in getting me back on the road. Not only did she get my vehicle in the shop and diagnosed but when it was determined Jade consulted her supervisor suggesting they senting someone to Jacksonville for the required part. While all this was taking place, Jade arranged for a loaner vehicle for the duration of the repair cycle. All I can say, if all dealers were as customer orientated as Murray Ford, and hired such high caliber employees as Jade customers would be lining the entrance to do business. I have routinely received sub par service at Quicklane. I purchased an maintenance plan when I purchased my vehicle. So I have to get service there for my plan to cover. They have forgotten to tighten my wheel lug nuts so they were lost. They have left oil dripping from my engine on numerous occasions. They regularly forget to reset my oil life monitor. This last time they managed to get windshield wiper fluid all over the front of my vehicle. I had oil and wiper fluid puddles in my garage floor. On inspection of my paint, there was washer fluid everywhere. Nobody mentioned this to me at pick up. They did apologize for taking 3 hours to do a routine 5,000 mile service that I had an appointment for but no mention of fluids sloshed all over my vehicle. I tried the team that comes to your home to do service and they spilled oil on my driveway. They put a fluid on that made it disappear at the time but the stain returned the next day. The only reason I'm doing this review is because they kept texting for a review to be done. I don't enjoy negativity but here we are. More

Keila was so helpful with my car services! I came in originally because I had an out of the ordinary issue with my phone falling into a place in my car I was unable to easily get into. I went into Murray Ford in Kingsland and not only received amazing customer service, but found other issues referring to a recall and they scheduled me to get it fixed right away! Also got my oil changed and tire rotation for a great price, especially compared to other local options. I really appreciate the over and beyond with the services on my car and will absolutely be bringing my car here for future oil changes and if I have any issues. More
