She gave us the normal asking price and we began the mundane and ridiculous process of trying the get a decent used vehicle for an average price in Camden county. I had done my homework, while my daughter was test driving the car I read the customer reviews for the car, the safety ratings and the NADA pricing for the vehicle with its specific options. The sales woman showed me a service receipt that showed everything the dealership supposedly did to the car at extremely overinflated rates. I looked at it and then handed it back to her. She then came back with a price that was about $1500 over average. All I was asking for was the vehicle to be priced at the same level NADA said it was worth (plus tax, tags and title). She takes my offer back to some hipster with a cool guy complex and he supposedly was "seeing how much they were willing to lose". After a couple minutes he comes over to the table says his name is "mitch" and starts the conversation saying how much money he had to put into the car in the service department to get it up to par. Its a 2016 Mitsubishi with 30k miles, how bad can it be?! My response was "that's not my problem". He then begins to tell me how they are trying to sell quality vehicles and I shouldn't expect to get anything better. My response was "I guess we are done here" and his response was "We've BEEN done"! I guess his little complex couldn't handle someone actually doing their research and understanding what a vehicle is worth. Any person knows when they buy something with intent to resell that they need to take the initial cost + cost to repair or upgrade and that number should be BELOW average so that they can make a profit. No. This dealership decides to provide maintenance at an extremely high markup and then tack it on the price. No thanks. On a good note though the saleswoman was polite, informed and more than willing to try to help. She needs a job at a better dealership. More

Amazing Service! I was out of town on vacation when I visited Murray Ford; I had been thinking about upgrading, but it wasn’t a must at that time. I figured while I was there during a holiday I’d see what kind of specials they might be running and see what all was available on the lot. I was originally looking for an Expedition, but my only requirements were 4 wheel drive, 3rd row seats, and leather if at all possible. While looking on the lot Elizabeth came over and spoke with me and my husband, we told her what we were looking for and she said she had something she thought I might like. Well, she brought out a beautiful white Sport Explorer and let me tell you, it was absolutely perfect! Originally it wasn’t what I was thinking of and white is normally not a color I like on vehicles, but after looking at and test driving this Explorer I knew I wasn’t leaving there without it! Once I decided I was trading my current vehicle in for it the buy process started - normally this process is the worst, but Elizabeth made it a breeze and during the waiting periods for certain things she sat with us and just chatted, she seemed more like a friend than a sale person who was just try making a sale with us. The entire Murray team went above and beyond for us in every aspect and I never once felt like a number or a regular customer, I felt like we were all friends whom had known each other for quite sometime! I highly recommend them and plan to use them again whenever the time comes for us to buy a new vehicle even if that means I have to travel over 8 hours to get there! Top notch service! More

I was on my way home from Florida with my family when my car broke down at a gas station near by. I called and got a tow truck and then called Murray Ford where it was being towed. It showed on google that the dealership was closed but I called anyways and to my luck Dave answered and I told him what was going on and he told us when we got there that he would take myself and my family to a hotel for the night. Now I was thinking that it’s late Saturday night and that there service department was not open till Monday and that we would have to wait till then. But when myself and family arrived at dealership I met Dave and his General manager Mitch and the they told me that they might be able to get one of the service techs to come in on Sunday if I were to give the service tech 100 dollars. I told them I would be more than happy to do that as we needed to get back home for work and for kids going back to college. So they got a service tech Ben to come in on Sunday. They then drove us to hotel room for the night and told us they would pick us up at 12 noon on Sunday to bring us back to the dealership to wait while the mechanic Ben worked on the vehicle. When they brought us back to dealership they went out of there way to make us feel at home. Offering us water and coffee. I also told them I might be interested in trading my car in and get a new one. So they brought out a Ford Explorer for me to test drive. So we test drove it came back and continued to wait for our car to be fixed. But all during that time they did not pressure me at all to purchase one of there vehicles. After about three hours the service tech Ben got the car running and we were good to go back to New York State. I appreciate how the service tech Ben came in on his day off with his little girl tagging along to fix my car. This is definitely the true meaning of southern hospitality. After the car was fixed and we payed the service technician we thanked everyone for how they treated us and said goodbye and that we would never forget there kindness and hospitality. What even topped off the drive home Dave there salesman called us during our drive to make sure everything was going ok and to have a safe drive home. I told him the next time I need a vehicle that I will drive down from New York State and purchase a vehicle from him.
