Mr. Mike Sullivan. I recently had an issue with local management that I was hoping could be resolved locally. However it took the CEO to intervene. Obviously some differ I recently had an issue with local management that I was hoping could be resolved locally. However it took the CEO to intervene. Obviously some differences of opinion between management and myself that unfortunately, and unnecessarily escalated. I stand by my comments about the sales staff being knowledgeable, beyond helpful and incredibly patient with us in getting my wife and I in our new car. Very good conversation with Mike and he was able to express the concerns of local management, and listened to mine as well. I can say that I wont let a few bad and unnecessary comments ruin many, many hours of working together. I can say that my concern was addressed and handled, and I feel that my issue was resolved with class and professionalism. Thank you sir. More
