our experience with Murray Ford When we purchase our new vehicle and spoke to Mike Hanley, he spoke so fast with numbers and paper work, Mr Marsh has hearing problem and didn't und When we purchase our new vehicle and spoke to Mike Hanley, he spoke so fast with numbers and paper work, Mr Marsh has hearing problem and didn't understand everything that mike was talking about and before we knew it we had all these warranties that we don't need mostly because of our age and I told Mike we don't put a lot of miles on a vehicle. I called mike the next day to cancel them which was Sunday and he wasn't in and spoke to Alan and he stated that since he didn't write the contract he would have mike call us on Monday. When Mike called he told us that we would have to wait till we received the paper work from Bank of America that took a month and we come to the dealers on March 21st and spoke to Kayla and then Theresa and she took care of everything in about five minutes.. we would like to thank Kayla and Theresa for their help.upon further review we forgot mention kayla in all our years of buying cars we never had a sales rep with her knowledge of the product she was selling and her patience. she went beyond in assisting us to locate the exact vehicle that we wanted.
