John had a car lined up waiting for me based off what my wants/needs were when I arrived and made sure I was getting what I wanted. Mike also made the trade-in process seamless and gave me numerous options with warranties, etc. to make the deal work for me. I purchased a dulley and when I pointed out the rear tires were not rotated correctly I was told that I needed to purchase an extension. NOT TRUE. Properly rotating the rear wheels allows access to the inner valve stim for checking air pressure. I feel the tecnition did not know the product and just give me an answer. More
