Overall, a good experience. I especially enjoyed my experience with my salesperson,Tanner Lucas, and financial advisor Kaitlin. He was able to get the vehicle I was interested I especially enjoyed my experience with my salesperson,Tanner Lucas, and financial advisor Kaitlin. He was able to get the vehicle I was interested in purchasing from another dealership with no issues. The outside of the vehicle was washed when I took delivery,but I had to remove stickers on the inside and open and place the floor mats which I thought the prep department should do since it was a new vehicle. I thought maybe a sales manager or general manager would introduce themself/themselves, but that didn’t happen. I would consider purchasing from Murray Mazda in the future. More
