The dealer Rob Gould failed to keep an appointment to purchase my vehicle of choice which was a Chevy equinox, but sent me an email later and apologized to me on video he sent and then proceeded to video purchase my vehicle of choice which was a Chevy equinox, but sent me an email later and apologized to me on video he sent and then proceeded to video tape the equinox and tell me on video that my car was all mine and ready for me to pick up. I happily returned an email a few hours later only to be told he sold it under my feet. That hurt!! More
