Taylor was my Service Advisor. I wanted a four wheel alignment and wanted it set to very specific specifications. She took notes and did exactly as I wanted. Well done Taylor. I also needed to have the right side fog lite replaced because of moisture inside the lense. I had come in a month earlier without an appointment just to have someone verify the condition and order the part, instead a rather rude young lady said you have to have an appointment so the technician can look at it. So I waited a month, then the part was ordered and I’m wanting to get the call that it is here and see how long I have to wait to get it installed. Not how I handled it in the departments I ran for a long time and has influenced my overall satisfaction with the service department. Love the truck, when I bought it Regan was a great Sales person as well as the guys on the desk and in Finance. Still Exceptionally Satisfied. More
