Never had any issues with the sales staff. Dick is great and he’s good and what he does. He’s also the reason this isn’t a 1 star review. I probably will not return here because of Chad. The letter I received from Chrysler Capital stated that if I choose to buy my lease out, it just be done at a dealership. Once Chad discovered that I was using my own lender and not one of theirs, he seemed a lot less willing to help. Thankfully, Dick still made it happen and was willing to do it on a Saturday. My next big issue: when I leased the truck, I was given paperwork that stated free oil changes for life, and also a lifetime power train warranty. Apparently at My Chrysler, lifetime is not lifetime. Lifetime is the life of the lease. Very disappointed in the false advertising. Don’t fall for their “lifetime” promises. More
