Bought my truck at the end of March, certified pre-owned from Dick! They would not budge on the price, told me they put $5000 in the truck, but would not say what they did. A week later I took it back for from Dick! They would not budge on the price, told me they put $5000 in the truck, but would not say what they did. A week later I took it back for stuff that a certified pre owned vehicle should have had done already, broken side mirror, burnt out high beam, switches on driver side didn't work etc..took them 2 weeks to fix it. Jump ahead a couple weeks, truck is still making a noise, howl, that was supposed to be addressed the first time. Replaced the drive shaft, pinion bearing and gear, plus all the other bearings associated with the drive train. This time, 21 days at the shop, so if you are doing the math that's almost five weeks, they have now had the truck longer than I have owned it. Dick the sales manager would not return calls, never apologised, and could not even make me an extra key, since it only came with one, for all the trouble. So will I or would I ever recommend this place, xxxx NO! I do want to say that the service department did apologize for everything, the only complaints I have with them is communication. More
