I walked in looked around chose my choice of a couple to drive. Then a salesman ask me if I would need help with anything with a smile. He answered our questions. We left being late in the day. I paid for the tire rotation and no one put air in any of my tires. When the tech checked the cabin air filter they pulled off the side connection pulled out the connector with the greesy plunger and put it my tires. When the tech checked the cabin air filter they pulled off the side connection pulled out the connector with the greesy plunger and put it in my glove box. I said no to the filter because I can do it. They left the connector and the greesy plunger in the glove box. They told me my air filter needed to be done immediately along with the cabin filter. When I went to replace the filter was barely dirty. I WAS LIED TOO. Dishonesty in a business is bad. I went to talk to Trevor and Megan. Trevor was uncaring kept looking at his watch like I was waisting his time. Megan gets a 3. Trevor a 1 for grades = 2. I think this questionnaire cares more then Trevor. More
