The customer service was totally different this time. I was told after the fact that there was another client that had to be done for understood reasons. I enjoyed my experience of purchasing the car at My Lakeshore Subaru. My manager is Brook, and she gave me all necessary information to make a decisionsion even before I came to the dealership. Both KaCey and Katie were great as I purchased a new 25' Crosstrek from them. KaCey just didn't schedule us a time, which when my wife and I showed up he still made time for us despite his busy schedule. Ka Crosstrek from them. KaCey has good morals, which I believe also helps keep sales people grounded to offer what people need more than what they want. However, I would recommend dealing with Subaru as they have an outstanding workforce to consider future business with. You won't find a better place nor staff. More
